Shipping Policy

Before you launch: this is a starting point generated when your store was created. Review every section, replace the placeholders with your own terms, and make sure it matches the law where you sell.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Metro areas: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other areas: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any free-shipping threshold is shown in your cart.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also see it under your orders.

Undeliverable orders

If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item value.
